Hot dog! I can hardly wait!
FUN! Count me IN!
I LOVE the Farmers Market!!! I am SO GLAD that it starts this early too!!!
I met some Sioux Indians that were deeply offended when I spoke about Navajo tacos. Apparently they prefer the name Indian tacos. I think Native American tacos or even first peoples tacos would be a little more appropriate.
We'll have to tell the Indians to change the sign on their stand...
Oh Man! Have fun you guys. And have an extra Navajo Taco for me!
Love Linz
Me too...that sounds like a good time! Why don't I live near you guys again?
Those are nice sombreros! You are only one donkey-painted-like-a-zebra away from starting your own little business. Oh, and get a camera. You can call it fotolandia. People will come from alls over.
Navajo (Native American) Tacos are emblematic of the systematic oppression that our government has heaped upon the noble peoples who first trod these lands. Most people don't realize that these delicacies are not a native food, but are now a staple in the diet of many native americans who are forced to live on the reservations and rely on the inexpensive commodities available using food stamps (such as flour and oil) for their subsistance. Rather than throwing your superiority in their face by expecting a kiosk where native peoples supply you with the delicious tacos, why not do something really productive for your navajo (or insert your own favorite tribal name here) friends? Ditch the farmer's market and support indian gaming. Gaming (gambling) may be vice, but it will help your local tribe to escape the dominance of "the man" by allowing them to make a decent living through legitimate means.
Plus, they probably sell better navajo tacos on the res than at some random farmers marker in SLC.
Yeah Sum. How DARE you say Navajo Taco.
What a coward. Own your comment!
