Mix with a mixer: 6 eggs, 2 sticks of butter, 2 cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons cream,
1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Mix until pretty smooth.
Add 5 1/2 cups flour gradually. The dough will be like a sticky sugar cookie dough.
Chill for a minimum of one hour. When the dough is ready get the iron heating and
keep a bowl of flour near by for your hands. With floured hands roll the dough into
small balls.
When the iron is hot, rub with butter and put a ball on each side just behind the middle point and close.
Hold down to make the cookies more delicate and thin.
It will take 30 seconds to one minute for each set of cookies. Open the iron to see beautiful cookies! Gently remove with a spatula.
Let cool and enjoy!!! They only get better as they sit!
We made chocolate sauce and made ice cream sundaes with our cookies. Yum Yum,

Oh holy crap. I must try these.
Summer, you seem to be the anti-Starr. Does she know what you're up to?
I must admit, I'd much rather eat these than do step aerobics...
Yes, they do get better and better as i sit and stuff one down... you are Suzi-freakin-homeaker!
There is always the option to eat one while doing step arobics...
Will Andrew get one of those for me for my birthday too? They look yummy!
